My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and had a nice fan that kept the humidity at bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making it the best all-inclusive experience I've had in the Dominican Republic. However, there were some minor issues with room service not delivering requested items promptly.
